Some mail received this week.. June 11

 

 This Indian bothered to send this postcard (which is a UNESCO site) by registered. The very first time that I have received a registered letter (I always have registered parcels, and was amused that I didn't paid anything for this one)

IN-20301 travelled 5,100 km in 28 days and was sent by penpalkamran.

This was a beautiful postcard, unfortunately, this one was accidentally delivered to my place.

Gateway of India & City Palace

A very kind Indian postcrosser sent me two cards from India!

 The Gateway of India

This is a famous landmark of Mumbai City. It was originally built to commemorate the first visit of British King George V and Queen Mary in 1911 to India!

 The City Palace


This place is located in Jaipur.

Goes back to the year 1729..

The complex includes two palaces and other buildings. The Chandra Mahal palace contains many unique paintings, mirrors on walls, etc.
