Have a Merry Christmas! 2013

Be greeted by this green pig from Angry Birds! This card is an official card, sent by a lady from Finland. She has put the Christmas Finnish stamp in it too :D

This card was sent by a Korean, who also studied in the Philippines two years ago.

This is the Christmas card sent by our mother in Australia. It also has a Christmas stamp on the envelope.

This was sent by Ms. Annika from Sweden, for the Ugly Cards lottery.
There are no reindeer for this Santa Claus - he's arriving by boat. Local resident Ed McGinn, who owned the first service station in Cape Coral, was the first boat-going Santa, and none of the kids guessed who he was.

This lovely Christmas card was sent by Ms. Mandi from Las Vegas. She even included bookmarks in the card :D  Thank you!

nmugirl sent a very cute Hello Kitty Christmas card!
Inside, she taped a Christmas penny, and included a bookmark and stickers :)
Thank you!

Ms. Lange sent a Stonehenge Christmas card. I really didn't thought that it was a Christmas card, until I realized that it was a folded card.
Stonehenge - Winter Sunset

This was sent by Mooshi the cat :)

Thank you so much for this adorable letter, and the Christmas tags!
They really made me happy!

Here's my Christmas Homework.. I really wanted to share it with you guys :

Neon Fantasy on Nathan Road.
This is a composite creation made up of many of the best neon signs on both sides of the harbour. Many of the signs represent some of Hong Kong's best restaurants and night spots. The street is real and is Nathan Road in Kowloon, also known as "the Golden Mile".

This one is from Gabi (Izmya).

She sent me one card from my favorites wall. It was favorited 10 times.

She also included two bookmarks, and two cute plasters... and that Simpsons sticker.

Some postcards received...

P.S. This blog post was made on August 12, 2012. It just happened that I wasn't able to publish this blog post.

Hello everyone! I have missed putting up pictures here in this blog. It has been a long while since I have shared to you what I have received.

After having school, I find it difficult to update ever since school has started again. But nevertheless, I'm happy that I'm able to share to you the postcards I have received... and some mail that I have received.

1. That's a Chain RR card.
2. The Postcrossing Map card was sent by a nice postcrosser from Russia. Thank you very much Tita Anna (kabarat) for this nice postcard : D It was so nice of you to send a card back.
3. That small card is a RAK card from choke. Thank you so much for this nice card! : D
4. The shoe card was sent by a nice bookcrosser. Thank you very much pumpkinpussycat!
5. That beaver card is the card I got from the swap I hosted, Random Postcard Swap #13.
6. That art card is sent by WRITE SHOP ROBERT from his lottery, "Post a Photo Lottery (perpetual)". Thank you so much!

1. I got my first Paris card, thanks to my friend, Ms Annick Jouan, who I have been swapping for a long time now.
2. The Nana card is from a kind Japanese postcrosser. Thank you very much for this anime card :)
4. The Aztec Incident card is a lottery card, sent by the generous Taxingwoman from Canada. I think her friends wrote a book about this.
4. That Kotovasiya card is a private swap together with SweetDreams. Thank you for helping me with this card! This was a favorite card!

Both of these postcards was sent by my mom's classmate in high school. Thank you very much Tita Aissa :) I always enjoy postcards sent by people from their travels. Hoping one day I can also visit the places you had visited :)

These bookcrossing and address labels were sent by MyssCyn in honor of MaryZee. Thank you very much for them! I'd love to learn how to print address labels sometime.

This postcard, magnet, and the map was sent by glenystasmania from Bookcrossing. Yippee. If it weren't for the magnet that she has sent, I wouldn't have any interests in collecting magnets (my new budding collection).

I always like to participate in Travelling Notebooks. And so far, this is the 3rd Travelling Notebook that I have participated. It belongs to

Parcels and Cards

Our Internet connection has been down lately... so I haven't been able to post what I have been sending and receiving. Well, last week... I have received these cards:

Received on June 5, Tuesday from seeing who made a private swap with me in exchange for a birthday card for her friend. So sweet :)

The following day, June 6, I got this card from my regular postcard swapper, Mme Annick from France. She sent me this postcard... which is in my favorites! Thank you so much <3

For Monday's mail... which was June 11... I got these lot:

A Korean Periodical, Two Postcards, One mail from Joyce Meyer Ministries, an envelope... and another parcel notice.

This postcard was sent by kirjakko from Bookcrossing... aww. She has went to Berchtesgaden, Königssee, and Kehlsteinhaus  in or almost on the border of Germany and Austria. How cool is that! Thank you for sending me a postcard!

This postcard is a from Suzanne1804's project: "receive a card from a student and send one back"

The host is a teacher, who wants her students to learn and enjoy writing good english sentences. I have participated in her project before (I think this is the second time, or the third?), and always enjoy it.
On the back, a student named Reno, 13, and who likes to play the PS3,
mentions that this is the place where he lives.

This just makes me realized that I love to participate in helping people with their projects ^0^

June 11, I really cannot miss this chance to go to the post office in Quezon City... where my parcels are held. It's because, one or two of my parcels will be returned if I don't claim them by this day.  June 12, is the day where we celebrate our Independence Day, and by then, offices are closed.

Claiming the parcels, the guy mentioned that my payment for them was incomplete. Puzzled, I asked why??
And it's all because, I have a 7TH PARCEL to claim!

(UBOS PERA... tsk tsk) Money Gone.
Before I show you guys what are the 7 lucky parcels that I receive... here are the contents of that envelope... the one in the middle of the Korean periodical, and mail from Joyce Meyer.

A notecard "Drawing of a woman's head" by Leonarda da Vinci

Well, these cards are from the May Postcard Train (International), hosted by ladyaries7.
You take out as many postcards you like, then replace the same amount.
Going to send them next to EnchantedKittenz in Canada.

Scanned these pcs as well.

SO, here we are... the 7 lucky parcels. I'll reveal them to you next time ;)
Stay tuned.
